  • Hosting services are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • After the 30-day period, refunds will not be issued.

2. SOC Services

  • SOC services are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day period.

3. CCTV Installation and Maintenance

  • CCTV installation and maintenance work is non-refundable.
  • If there are issues with the installation or service, we will work diligently to provide a rectification to ensure the system operates as expected.

4. General Terms

  • Refunds will only be processed for services that meet the above criteria and upon submission of proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted for delays or issues caused by customer action, inaction, or third-party providers outside of Novacom Solutions Ltd’s control.
