Welcome to Novacom Solutions Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services,
including website hosting, domain hosting, email hosting, and related services (“Services”). By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to these terms.
– Client: The individual or entity purchasing the Services.
– Services: Hosting, domain management, email hosting, and other related solutions provided by Novacom Solutions Ltd.
– Uptime: The percentage of time the Services are operational, excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
Novacom Solutions Ltd provides:
– Website hosting, domain hosting, and email hosting services.
– Technical support for resolving service-related issues.
– Optional additional services, such as cybersecurity audits (future availability).
Details of specific plans and pricing are outlined on our website or service agreements.
The Client agrees to:
– Use the Services lawfully and avoid hosting any illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.
– Maintain the security of login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
– Ensure timely payment of all fees as outlined in the Payment Terms.
– Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a monthly basis, with the option to prepay annually at a discounted rate.
– Fees: Fees are specified in your service agreement or invoice.
– Late Payments: Payments not received within 10 days of the due date may result in suspension of Services.
– Refund Policy.
– Novacom Solutions Ltd aims to provide an uptime of 99% for all hosting services.
– Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, unforeseen outages, or force majeure events is excluded from uptime calculations.
– The Client will be notified of any scheduled maintenance at least 48 hours in advance, unless deemed a zero day event and requires immediate action, the Client will be duly informed of this before service interruption.
– All trademarks, service marks, and logos used by Novacom Solutions Ltd remain our property.
– Content hosted by the Client remains the Clientโs intellectual property. Novacom Solutions Ltd assumes no ownership of hosted content.
– Novacom Solutions Ltd is not liable for:
– Losses caused by third-party breaches or hacking incidents at the Client end (example personal laptop security breach)
– Downtime due to external factors or misuse of the Services by the Client.
– Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
– Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
– Novacom Solutions Ltd may terminate Services immediately in the event of:
– Non-payment of fees.
– Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
– Novacom Solutions Ltd complies with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
– The Clientโs data will be:
– Processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
– Stored securely and used only for providing agreed Services.
– For detailed information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
– Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to resolve amicably through mediation.
– If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of England & Wales.
– Novacom Solutions Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
– Clients will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
